As a New Vehicle Manager, you’ll join a respected dealership with a reputation for excellence in the automotive industry. You'll be working closely with a talented team to help our customers find their dream cars, while also driving sales growth and fostering long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve dealership goals and objectives for new vehicle sales.
- Lead and manage a team of automotive sales professionals, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential automotive clients in Wisconsin.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team, offering guidance and support to help them succeed.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
- Negotiate contracts, trade-ins, and pricing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record in sales management.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing a positive experience.
- Experience with automotive sales software is a plus.
