Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of advanced automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles, including brake systems, engines, transmissions, and electrical components.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify current and potential issues.
- Use OEM-specific tools and Ford diagnostic equipment to perform precise repairs and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.
- Stay up to date with Ford factory certifications and training, maintaining a strong knowledge of the latest repair techniques and technology.
Qualifications:
- Ford Master Technician certification or ASE certifications preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive service technician, ideally in a Ford dealership.
- Strong understanding of Ford’s automotive systems and technology.
- Ability to diagnose and repair complex technical issues in both gasoline and hybrid/electric vehicles.
- Strong commitment to maintaining safety and an organized work environment.

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekends as needed
