Job Title: Automotive Export Operations Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure the smooth running of our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic bookkeeping, proficiency in QuickBooks, strong Microsoft Word skills, and a background in automotive pricing and analysis. This role involves managing various aspects of operations, including financial tracking, automotive market analysis, and process optimization, to support the overall efficiency of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct automotive pricing analysis to track market trends, identify pricing opportunities, and optimize pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including tracking expenses, generating invoices, and managing payroll.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciling accounts, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflow, with a focus on pricing accuracy and competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate supply orders, and oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Word.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning to optimize resource allocation and cost management.
- Support HR functions, including employee scheduling, onboarding, and performance management.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including pricing performance, to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position.
- Basic bookkeeping skills with experience using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document preparation and formatting.
- Experience in automotive pricing analysis, including familiarity with market trends and pricing strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing financial and operational data.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
