The ideal candidate will be responsible leading an effective marketing strategy for a group(s) of dealership all aimed towards growing and ensuring our clients are most efficient. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns. The goal is to help clients spend less time and money on marketing, so they invest more in their people, process and community.
Marketing Directors are supported by a Marketing Coordinator, our MOJO tech and process, as well as a team other automotive marketing professionals, typically servicing up to 10-12 dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and track performance marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners
- Manage marketing budget and show project ROI
- Travel to conferences and company promoted events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
