Responsibilities
- Diagnose, inspect, and repair Ford vehicles accurately and efficiently.
- Perform maintenance services including oil changes, brakes, tires, alignments, suspension, and engine repairs.
- Complete warranty repairs following Ford guidelines.
- Use Ford diagnostic equipment and service information.
- Perform thorough multi-point inspections on every vehicle.
- Clearly document repair recommendations and completed work.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
- Participate in Ford training and certification programs.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
- Ford certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
