About the role:
As a Field Implementation Manager, you’ll be on the ground inside dealerships, leading launches of Numa’s platform and ensuring teams actually use it and see results.
You’ll be in stores across the U.S. and Canada, working directly with GMs, service managers, advisors, and BDC teams to train, problem-solve, and drive adoption. If you know how dealerships really operate and enjoy being in the action, this role is for you.
Who we're looking for:
- Previous hands-on experience launching, installing, or rolling out technology in automotive dealerships
- Strong communication skills and credibility in dealership environments
- Willingness to travel 75-80% of the time
- Bonus points if you have phone systems knowledge (call routing, SIP, VoIP)
