BDC Sales Manager
A high-volume and rapidly growing luxury pre-owned automotive group, is seeking an experienced and motivated BDC Sales Manager to lead their centralized Business Development Center, supporting their 3 rooftops.
This key leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, lead management, and customer engagement across our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC Sales Representatives focused on inbound and outbound lead management, appointment setting, and sales conversions.
- Oversee daily BDC operations, ensuring consistent execution of processes for lead handling, follow-up, and customer relationship management.
- Achieve key performance goals including contact-to-appointment conversion, appointment show rate, and sales closing ratios.
- Collaborate closely with the sales management team to align BDC initiatives with dealership sales objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Implement effective lead distribution, CRM utilization, and communication strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor BDC performance metrics and analyze reports to identify opportunities for improvement and team development.
- Develop scripts, workflows, and training programs to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Partner with marketing to support online lead generation, special campaigns, and digital retailing initiatives.
- Maintain a positive, high-energy team culture that emphasizes accountability, customer satisfaction, and results.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting within the CRM/DMS systems.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience managing a Sales BDC or Internet Sales Department in an automotive dealership (required).
- Proven success leading a team in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills with the ability to develop and retain top performers.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and translate insights into action.
- Proficiency in CRM and dealership management systems (e.g., VinSolutions, DealerSocket, or equivalent).
- Experience with high-end or luxury brands preferred
