We're looking for a Service Advisor who’s friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our service department. Your job is to make sure every customer leaves with confidence in our work and a smile on their face.
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism—online, over the phone, and in person
- Listen to customer concerns and translate them into repair and maintenance needs
- Provide accurate service estimates, timelines, and status updates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service
- Review repair orders and communicate findings in a customer-friendly way
- Promote additional services when appropriate for vehicle safety and performance
- Handle warranty, insurance, and manufacturer program requirements
- Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment preferred
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure
- Knowledge of CDJR vehicles or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with service software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
