Requirements:
· Proven experience in auto sales (minimum 1 year, preferably at a dealership).
· Knowledge of financing, leasing, and closing sales.
· Strong negotiation skills and excellent customer service.
· Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
