- Proficiency with the CDK system and knowledge of inventory processes.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and high-level client management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in training, motivating, and developing teams.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical, metrics-driven, and results-oriented profile.
