We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure an exceptional experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department.
- Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Monitor workflow to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
- Implement and oversee safety and compliance procedures.
- Manage warranty and repair orders effectively.
- Drive department profitability through upselling and efficiency.
- Develop and mentor staff through coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and service procedures.
- Experience with DMS systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds).
- Ability to manage time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
