The Regional Sales Manager position is crucial for ensuring both buyer and seller engagement, growing the dealer base in the region, optimizing auction outcomes, and providing Turns dealers with the best customer service possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with automotive dealers within a designated geographic territory
- Drive sales growth by onboarding new dealers, managing existing accounts, and ensuring active engagement with the platform
- Educate and train dealers on digital auction processes, tools, and best practices to optimize their success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, operations and the acquisition team to address dealer needs and enhance the platform
Requirements:
- Existing relationships with franchise dealers ( Looking for someone with strong contacts with GM's and ownership).
- Experience in selling to franchise dealerships and knowledge of auctions
- Proven track record in regional sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to achieve or exceed monthly sales goals to meet company objectives
- Utilize the CRM daily
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and travel as required
