Sales Associate – Commercial Vehicle Sales
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join a fast-growing commercial vehicle retailer specializing in buses and fleet solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to get in early with a company experiencing record demand and nationwide growth.
What You’ll Do
• Own and grow a qualified inbound and outbound sales pipeline
• Follow up quickly and intelligently with web leads, phone inquiries, and fleet requests
• Build strong relationships with fleet buyers, contractors, transit managers, and small business owners
• Manage the full sales cycle and close deals using our CRM (HubSpot)
• Represent the company in person and online with professionalism, accuracy, and energy
• Collaborate with inventory, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless deal execution
• Track and report weekly KPIs — calls, meetings, offers, and closed sales
What You Bring
• 3+ years in a consultative or technology sales role, or experience in vehicle, equipment, or fleet sales
• A passion for vehicles — interest in cars, engines, or buses is essential
• Proven closer with strong business development instincts and outbound sales confidence
• Highly responsive, organized, and proactive in managing leads and opportunities
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person channels
• Comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot), quoting tools, and digital systems
• Bonus: Experience with buses, trucks, or vocational vehicles
