Are you a seasoned automotive professional with a passion for luxury vehicles? Our premier Jaguar and Land Rover dealership in Fresno is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our service team with expertise and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service shop, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of technicians to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and provide hands-on support for advanced repairs.
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and quality control to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate repair estimates and updates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership policies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of automotive repair experience, preferably with Jaguar, Land Rover, or other luxury brands.
- 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role within a dealership or repair shop.
- ASE certifications and/or Jaguar/Land Rover certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with advanced automotive systems (electrical, hybrid, ADAS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
