Lee Motor Group is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the Lee Kia team! We are looking for a dynamic leader who possesses the skills and passion to drive our organization’s growth. As a General Manager, you will collaborate with a team of inspired leaders who take pride in being part of the Lee family. Our focus is on delivering outstanding customer service, achieving remarkable results, and enhancing employee engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated management experience in the automotive industry, preferably at the General Manager level, with a proven history of achieving positive outcomes.
- Responsible for driving customer retention and profitability across all departments within the dealership.
- Skilled in recruiting, training, and motivating dealership management and supervisory personnel; overseeing formal performance evaluations for department leaders.
- Engage in strategic planning for dealership operations in the upcoming year, with plans submitted for corporate approval.
- Hold individual meetings with managers to set monthly and annual objectives, evaluate performance, and review budget adherence.
- Deliver precise monthly financial reports that reflect the dealership's financial condition.
- Guarantee the accurate and timely submission of monthly financial statements to the manufacturer.
- Provide enthusiastic leadership aimed at boosting employee engagement and retention.
- Review and approve compensation packages for all staff members.
- Adhere to company values in all business practices while applying sound judgment in decision-making.
- Create a welcoming and professional environment, managing pressure effectively while taking accountability for actions and commitments.
