Refraction is excited to find the right person to support the e-commerce needs of their automotive dealer contacts and partners. Refraction will pay a referral commission for all dealers who are introduced and activated as a result of your efforts.
Our platform seamlessly integrates with Independent Dealers using DealerTrack & FRAZER DMS (and also smaller shops without a DMS can use our RefracTrack manual inventory upload).
We are looking for a contracted employee willing to sign-up dealerships that would benefit by finally being able to SELL vehicles online (and, that's All-of-Them!).
Refraction will pay out a one-time "success fee" per dealer based on the number of dealers signed up and activated. The success fee per dealer is determined by a sliding scale that retroactively adjusts based on the number of dealers signed up within a rolling 90-day period. Commissions will be paid out monthly. Sky's the limit - the more you sign, the more you can make.
