Responsibilities
- Perform automotive diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems, including electrical and powertrain components.
- Utilize hand and power tools to conduct maintenance and repair tasks efficiently.
- Ensure alignment and overall vehicle performance through thorough inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service and safety in the workshop.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics and repair, with strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience using hand and power tools.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, powertrain systems, and alignment procedures.
- Experience with automotive electrical systems and diesel engine repair is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous dealership experience and knowledge of ADAS and schematics are highly valued.
