If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Regional Sales Manager for TOFF Spray On Bedliners. We’re seeking a results-driven professional who currently resides in Florida and can leverage their existing dealership relationships to expand our footprint and drive revenue growth.
Position Overview
As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing new dealership partnerships and driving revenue within your assigned Florida territory. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, guiding them through the implementation of our bedliner profit centers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excels at both hunting for new business and optimizing existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and target prospective car dealerships to establish new partnerships.
- Present the value proposition of our TOFF bedliner profit center model to dealership leadership.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements that align with company goals and meet client needs.
2. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership management teams, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealerships in your territory to drive growth opportunities while addressing questions and concerns.
3. Strategic Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new dealership partners.
4. Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback, sharing insights to help improve product offerings and services.
- Communicate dealership needs and potential enhancements to leadership for continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven success in B2B sales, with a strong preference for automotive or dealership-related experience.
- Deep understanding of dealership operations, including fixed ops, finance, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned Florida territory as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must currently reside in Florida and be authorized to work in the U.S.
