Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Client Advisor to join our sales team. In this role, you will directly influence the sales experience by building strong relationships with customers, helping them find the perfect BMW that fits their needs, and driving the sales process from start to finish. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality customer service, achieving sales goals, and contributing to the continued success of BMW of Idaho Falls.
Duties
- Drive Sales: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals by guiding clients through the purchase process.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met through excellent product knowledge and outstanding service.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customers’ lifestyle and preferences to recommend the best BMW models, features, and packages.
- Vehicle Demonstrations: Lead clients through engaging test drives, showcasing the exceptional performance and luxury of BMW vehicles.
- Negotiation & Closing: Guide customers through the financing process, providing clear explanations of options, payment plans, and trade-in evaluations.
- Sales Process Management: Follow up with leads, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely communication from initial inquiry to delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current with BMW’s evolving product lineup, features, and promotions to provide customers with accurate and compelling information.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide an exceptional, seamless experience, ensuring that each client feels valued and confident in their purchase.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving sales.
- Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
