Job Summary:
As a Product Specialist, you will use your knowledge of Cassill Motors’ no-haggle, market-based pricing to help customers find the best value for their budget. You will help customers find the right vehicle, not just any, by guiding customers through every step of the buying process to include test drives, trade-in evaluations, financing applications, and final paperwork. You will also be responsible for ensuring all necessary records and documentation are completed for a smooth and professional transaction. Our continued success is in part to our Product Specialist’s ability to build long-term relationships by providing exceptional after-sale support to customers. We are a team-oriented, high-energy sales environment where your success contributes to the dealership’s overall performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Sales and customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or automotive sales experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and listening skills—you enjoy helping people make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow and succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven, EOS-powered environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in an evolving industry.
