Role Description: This is a full-time role for Regional Sales Manager (RSM). The RSM will be responsible for all aspects of developing and managing accounts, including developing new business opportunities, presenting, closing, and servicing accounts. Candidates are expected to use existing dealership relationships, internal leads, and prospecting to obtain new business.
The RSM is responsible for meeting sales goals, servicing clients and partners, monitoring market trends and competitors, and providing weekly sales forecasting and market analysis. RSM will review weekly forecasting in written 1-on-1 meeting with General Manager and plan/update sales strategy and efforts to achieve individual and organizational goals.
Candidates must have:
- Strong business development skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Demonstrated history of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners
- Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Office and HubSpot
- Willingness to travel when necessary
- A passion for the automotive industry and dealer solutions
