We are seeking a process-driven, detail-oriented sales & procurement expert to join our team and drive global transactions from start to finish.
π This is an in-office position (Monday-Friday, daytime hours) based in Washington, IL. However, in international sales, the clock never stops. While the core of your work will be during office hours, expect to handle texts and emails after hours to keep deals moving and maintain strong relationships with global buyers and suppliers.
π What Youβll Do:

B2B Sales & Procurement β Work with international buyers and suppliers to source, negotiate, and close high-value deals.

End-to-End Deal Execution β Track every step of the process, from pricing strategies to supplier negotiations, financing, and order fulfillment.

Complex Quoting & Pricing Strategy β Quote deals based on real-time market conditions, cost structures, and financing options.
β
Market & Currency Analysis β Work within fluctuating global markets and currency exchange considerations to ensure profitability.

Customer & Supplier Relationship Management β Maintain long-term B2B relationships while working closely with brokers, buyers, and corporate clients.

CRM & Data Management β Use our proprietary software to track leads, quotes, deal progress, and transaction completion.

International Finance & Payments β Structure deals that involve global wire transfers, deposits, and financing options.
β
After-Hours Communication β Ensure smooth deal flow by responding to key emails and messages outside normal business hours when necessary.
