RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set and achieve department goals and objectives.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and monitor service department staff performance.
- Prepare and manage the department's annual operating budget.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee department operations, including scheduling, reporting, and quality control.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Lead weekly team meetings and provide ongoing training for staff.
- Monitor technician productivity and maintain clean, organized work areas.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
