We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Exotic Car Buyer, Acquisitions to manage the end-to-end process of buying, selling, and appraising exotic and luxury vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury automotive market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate logistics efficiently.---
Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
· Vehicle Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value exotic and luxury vehicles for resale.
· Sales: Manage the sales process, including client communications, deal structuring, and closing transactions.
· Operations: Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes across various activities, including vehicle acquisition, sales logistics, and client service enhancements, ensuring efficiency and consistency at all touchpoints.
· Appraisals: Conduct thorough appraisals using tools like Manheim Market Report (MMR) to ensure competitive pricing.
· Logistics Coordination: Oversee the transportation and delivery of vehicles to and from the dealership or auction sites.
· Market Analysis: Stay up to date on market trends and pricing to maintain a competitive edge in the exotic vehicle market.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, brokers, and industry partners, ensuring exceptional service and tailored experiences throughout the buying and selling process.
· Events and Brand: Serve as a representative of the brand at industry events, auctions, and forums, fostering connections and promoting the company’s expertise and reputation in the luxury automotive market.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, logistics, or wholesaling, preferably with exotic and luxury vehicles.
· Proven expertise in sales negotiations and deal structuring.
· Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building.
· Familiarity with Manheim (MMR) and other valuation tools.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· Software and tools familiarity you must be familiar with:
o Carfax
o CRMs (Dealercenter or Alike)
o Microsoft Office Suite
o Google Sheets
· Must be at least 25 years old to comply with insurance requirements.
· Possessing a network of retail, broker, and wholesale buyers and sellers is highly preferred.
Compensation:
· Earning potential varies based on performance and deal volume.
Work Schedule:
· Monday through Friday, office-based in Southeast Florida.
