Job Description
The Agency Development Manager (ADM) is responsible for the management, success, and expansion of a defined set of USEA Agency Partners. The Agency Development manager includes Agency visits, execution of sales with or without Agent personnel, and the ongoing servicing and development of the Agency and their Dealer partners. Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
· Effectively showcases the Company's products, services, and value proposition to designated Agency partners and their Dealership associates.
· Strategically enhances the Dealer network of assigned Agencies, driving organic growth and increasing the number of AutoPayPlus rooftops within each Agency. This includes deepening the penetration within the Dealership partners associated with these Agencies.
· Provides development and training support to Agency personnel, both existing partners and newly onboarded agencies.
· Offers guidance and training to Dealership personnel, fostering Agency growth within the Dealer network.
· Capitalizes on Industry events to optimize their impact and advantage for the Company as per guidance.
· Takes a leadership role in managing the success of the APP sales function within assigned Agencies, including the establishment of performance standards and goal setting for each Agency.
· Documents field successes, setbacks, and opportunities, aiming to improve all Company processes pertaining to the Agency Account Manager role. This encompasses evaluating the Agency installation process, as well as prospecting, follow-up, and Training Processes.
· Utilizes sales reporting tools to analyze data, identifying areas of opportunity for Agency growth, and mobilizes field and in-house resources effectively. Collaborates with Sales Management to share ideas for potential implementation.
· Presents ideas to sales management for potential implementation.
Qualifications
The position generally requires an individual to have the following qualifications:
· A minimum of 10+ years of experience with an Administrator and/or General Agent interaction and support.
· Extensive experience in B2B sales interacting with Agency principals and Dealer principals required.
· Demonstrated success with a track record of results in the Agent or Dealership environment. This is a requirement.
· Undergraduate degree from an accredited entity or equivalent work experience.
· Extensive experience within the automotive Dealer network/industry.
· Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
· Expert and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be persuasive
· Presenting oneself in a professional and well-groomed manner
· Available for extensive travel, exceeding 3 weeks per month
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as experience with Proprietary company software databases and customer ledgers, AutoPayPlus’ Customer Relationship Management software
· Possess a professional certification(s) - AFIP Certification is a plus
· Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and credit check is required
Working conditions:
The primary work environment for this role is typically within the confines of an Agency or Dealership office. On the occasions when travel is not required, you will be based in the APP Orlando office for one or two days a week.
Monthly office visits will be conducted as per scheduled requests.
Physical requirements:
There are travel requirements and this position is not physically demanding.
