Large Midwest dealer group is looking for a group Internet BDC Director. We are looking for a high performer familiar with AI and can manage a team of BDC agents to 16% or better close ratio. Must have experience with managing over 5000 leads per month and handling a team of over 10 agents. ONLY the best need apply with documentation of proven success. We are a high volume dealership group . We expect tracking, monitoring, and a follow up process to all of our customers and inquiries. Domestic/Import Franchises
MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE
AUTOMOTIVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
You must be able to hire, train, and, motivate a BDC team of 10 plus people. Please submit resume for consideration.

Experience with Vin Solutions a PLUS
Dealer Track DMS a PLUS
VAUTO experience a PLUS
Vin Solutions experience a PLUS
Able to manage 3rd Party leads
Have a proven track record of success with lead follow up process
Must have DL
Pass background check
