Position Overview
As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our dealership partnerships within your assigned territory. You will drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with dealership decision-makers, and ensure the successful implementation of our bedliner profit centers.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and target prospective car dealerships to establish partnerships and expand their presence.
- Present and demonstrate value proposition to dealership leadership, highlighting the financial benefits of our profit center model.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements that align with company goals and client expectations.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership management teams to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealerships within your territory, addressing questions, concerns, and opportunities for growth.
Strategic Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of dealership profit centers.
Market Intelligence
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding customer needs, product enhancements, and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive or dealership industry.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and the ability to speak their language.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and driven to exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
